Chicken Caser Salad

My favorite part of this recipe is how simple it is to make, and how diverse it is. One is able to simple to put it together very quickly, and make it different. Add whatever you want to the recipe, to change the flavor. The taste you can change by adding nuts or cranberries or whatever you want. 

Taste: super awesome. I took some time on the chicken to cook it nicely, and that really made the taste pretty great.

Ease of Preparation: I cooked a bunch of chicken at once, so I just took it out of the fridge and warmed it up in the microwave.  I had a ton to use as much as I wanted to. It was literally just throwing a few things together and mixing it together. 

Nutrition:  fat 18%, sodium 14%, protein 46%, calories 266.
