Avocado Dip n' Spread

This recipe is perfect for parties, snacks, and spreads. It's tasteful, quick to make, and usually a big hit! I love it because it has a different feel than any typical guacamole recipe. The apple cider adds a fun sour taste to compliment the saltiness of a chip! Also yummy on sandwiches or regular crackers.

It is important to get the vitamins and fibers that avocados provide. Corn is also a good nutrient and has become a staple in society. If you are able to accompany this with a sandwich or steak it would add a harmless flavor and get you a good source of fibers, omegas, and potassium.

Negative aspects could be that there aren't many vegetables and other food groups involved. It could have more added to it to make it more nutritious but due to its simplicity, there isn't many food groups incorporated.

I would couple it with a sandwich, including meat, turkey, chicken, etc. as well as other vegetables and bread. You could also have a side of fruit or a salad.

I believe it's healthy because it involves basic elements as well as avocados and corn to create a tasteful dip or spread. There is no harm in having a good snack!

  1. I decided to make this recipe because during my diet analysis I found out that I lacked fiber in my diet, and this recipe packs a ton of fiber in it(because of the avocado, onions, corn, and chips.) I liked this recipe because it was easy to make, I made it in under 10 minutes, and it contains a lot of fiber! Sadly, It also contains a lot of fat, even though its good fat. I didn’t really like the taste of it, but I think that’s just me, because all my roommates raved about it and ate it all! I think that I will make it again when I go down to visit my family. I think they’d really enjoy this as a snack!
