Ingredients : Sliced Turkey (or fresh from the deli), Hummus, Avocado, and a tomato with cheese for a side.
It taste way too good to pass up. Especially when you're on the go and need a quick, filling treat. The hummus was a little spicy but the texture is very smooth. It gives it a little kick. The avocado is my favorite part, it balances out the hummus and turkey.
This meal serves you up with high protein and vegetable intake!

Those calories might not be a lot for a meal, but this snack sized wrap is very delicious and small, making it almost impossible to just have one without either making another, or cooking other food to go with it.

I like to drink milk with this wrap to add protein, vitamin D, calcium and potassium to make sure i am getting almost all of the basic necessities we need to have on a daily basis.
Diet coke tastes great with the wrap aswell but it will not be as beneficial and the milk!!!
