  1. I chose to make your recipe because it looked delicious and it contains protein and vegetables that I need to incorporate in my diet. I found this recipe to be so delicious and fairly easy to prepare. I used light coconut milk instead of regular coconut milk to help eliminate some of the calories. I'll definitely be making this recipe again!
